By accessing Theecode sites, products, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you use our Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
We retain rights to our site content, marks, and software. Client deliverables are governed by the relevant SOW or MSA.
We treat client materials as confidential and use them only to provide Services. Mutual NDAs/ MSAs may further govern confidentiality.

We may integrate with third‑party providers (e.g., CI/CD, analytics, cloud). Their terms and policies apply to their services.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non‑infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted, Theecode’s aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid to us for Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend and indemnify Theecode against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the Services at any time.
These Terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict of laws, unless otherwise specified in an executed MSA.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
