Challenge

Legacy CMS, manual marketing, and no single source of truth

The existing website was dated and hard to navigate. Content updates took too long, and marketing struggled to keep web, email, and social consistent. There was no clean way to launch new product lines (gift cards, loyalty cards, hotel keycards, etc.) across every channel at once.

At the same time, infrastructure needed to scale and meet security expectations: encrypted data, PCI-aware payment flows, and hardened public surfaces.
